Dylan talks us through his first jobs making exceptional cups of tea, to his time in New York, touring with the Corrs, doing Robbie Williams and the Spice Girl's hair, racking up almost half a million quid of debt on his salon and working as part of a creative team. It's a fantastic episode with no holds barred. Dylan really says it as he sees it.
